Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and MixTrackLab (“we”, “us”), the provider of MixTrackLab, a browser-based AI mixing and mastering studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

The Service

MixTrackLab lets you upload audio stems, analyse them, and generate AI-assisted mixes and masters, then export the result as audio files. Analysis, mixing, mastering and previewing are free. Exporting audio consumes a song credit from a paid plan.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You must not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits including export allowances.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or abusive behaviour.
• No uploading of audio you do not own or have the rights to process.
• No interference with the security of the Service: no malware, probing, scraping or attempts to access other users’ data.

Your audio and rights

You keep ownership of the audio you upload and of the mixes and masters the Service produces from it. You grant us a limited licence to process your audio solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to every input you upload, and for how you use the outputs.

If a rights holder believes material processed through the Service infringes their rights, they can contact us at support@mixtracklab.com. We will review and may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts. Repeat or serious infringement results in account termination.

AI outputs and accuracy

Mixing and mastering decisions are made automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given release. Outputs are provided as a starting point and should be checked by you before commercial release. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Our intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, processing chains, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Audio processing runs in your browser and depends on your device and network.

Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from the audio you upload, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends you can no longer export audio; sessions stored in your browser remain yours to export or delete before your plan lapses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard by its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
