Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and MixTrackLab (operated by Godspower Oghenevweta) (“we”, “us”), the provider of MixTrackLab, a browser-based AI mixing and mastering studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

The Service

MixTrackLab is automated, self-service audio signal processing (DSP) software. You upload your own recorded vocal and instrumental audio, and the software applies standard audio engineering tools — equalisation, compression, de-essing, pitch correction, reverb and limiting — to balance and master it, then export the result as audio files. Analysis, mixing, mastering and previewing are free. Exporting audio consumes a song credit from a paid plan.

MixTrackLab does not generate music, melodies, lyrics or synthetic voices from prompts; it only processes audio you supply. No human consulting, engineering or advisory services are offered or sold — every plan is software access only.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You must not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits including export allowances.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or abusive behaviour.
• No uploading of audio you do not own or have the rights to process.
• No interference with the security of the Service: no malware, probing, scraping or attempts to access other users’ data.

Your audio and rights

You keep ownership of the audio you upload and of the mixes and masters the Service produces from it. You grant us a limited licence to process your audio solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to every input you upload, and for how you use the outputs.

If a rights holder believes material processed through the Service infringes their rights, they can contact us at support@mixtracklab.com. We will review and may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts. Repeat or serious infringement results in account termination.

Promotional showcase (opt-in only)

We never use your audio in marketing by default. Your uploads stay private. We only feature a song as a before-and-after example on our website or social channels if you explicitly submit it or give us written permission (for example by email). When you do, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use up to 30 seconds of the original and the processed version for promotion, and you confirm you own or control all rights in that recording, including any samples. We will not sell your audio or license it to third parties. You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing support@mixtracklab.com, and we will remove the excerpt within a reasonable time.

Copyright and DMCA notice & takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws. Our designated copyright agent is: MixTrackLab (operated by Godspower Oghenevweta), Copyright Agent, support@mixtracklab.com.

A valid notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or their authorised agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification: if your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We may restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.

Trademarks and third-party notices

Auto-Tune® is a registered trademark of Antares Audio Technologies, LLC. Spotify®, Apple Music®, YouTube®, TikTok® and other product or company names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility or common industry terms. MixTrackLab is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Antares, Spotify AB, Apple Inc., Google LLC, ByteDance Ltd. or any other trademark owner. “Autotune” on this site refers generically to pitch correction performed by our own software.

AI outputs and accuracy

Mixing and mastering decisions are made automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given release. Outputs are provided as a starting point and should be checked by you before commercial release. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Our intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, its software, processing chains, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Audio processing runs in your browser and depends on your device and network.

Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Payments are processed by Bachs Technologies Limited (bachs.io), who acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment processing and applicable taxes.

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance and renew automatically at the same price for the same period until you cancel. One-off song downloads are a single payment and never renew. You can cancel at any time from your Account page or by emailing support@mixtracklab.com; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Charges appear on your statement under MixTrackLab or Bachs.

Digital content and right of withdrawal: MixTrackLab delivers digital content immediately. By exporting a song you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the law allows (including in the EU and UK), your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the export starts. This does not affect our voluntary money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from the audio you upload, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends you can no longer export audio; sessions stored in your browser remain yours to export or delete before your plan lapses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes will be heard by its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above when we do.
