This policy applies to all purchases of MixTrackLab, provided by MixTrackLab (operated by Godspower Oghenevweta).

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@mixtracklab.com with the email address you paid with. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Bachs (bachs.io), and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
