Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to MixTrackLab, provided by MixTrackLab.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your order date if you were unable to use the Service because of a verified technical issue on our side.

Try before you pay

Uploading, analysing, mixing, mastering and previewing are free — you only pay when you want to export the audio. We ask you to run a full mix and master and listen to the preview before subscribing, so you know the Service works for your material.

What is generally not refundable

Refunds are generally not available once export credits have been used — that is, once a mix or master has been successfully processed and exported — except where the law requires otherwise. Because the audio file is delivered immediately on export, an exported song counts as delivered.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email, or email us at support@mixtracklab.com and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancelling instead

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access, including any remaining export credits, until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
